A vacation rental in the countryside! We offer an apartment in a newly built detached house on our property. Approximately 2.5 km to the sea with a beautiful beach in Vejbystrand. There is room for 6 people. One double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed for two. The house has an open plan with a living room and a bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there is a spacious bedroom. The space We, Linda and Tomas, welcome tenants on our farm where we live. We share gravel level and parking. We rent out two apartments in a newly built house. The tenants have a shared patio with a partition between the apartments at the back of the house, which faces a meadow. Lovely evening sun on the patio with a large and spacious wooden deck. There is a private washing machine in the bathroom. Beautiful beach just a couple of km away. Hallandsåsen's beech forest with hiking trails in nice nature and several golf courses in the nearby area. The house is surrounded by open fields and beautiful views. To rent this home, one should like country life and animals. On our farm there is a dog, some chickens and cats. In the meadows around the farm, horses graze in the summer months. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash when staying in the yard as there are chickens, a dog and cats here and there are periodically horses grazing in the pastures around the farm. Guest access Entire apartment with shared patio in the back. There is a Weber charcoal grill that can be used by guests staying in both of our rural apartments.
