Room in Finspång

Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally-located home. Now there is the possibility to rent a cozy room in a separate house dating back to the days of the railway construction. Here you live secluded in a peaceful environment with walking distance to both the city center and nature. Finspång station is within 5 minutes walking distance. Since it is an old house, there is a steep staircase up to the room. There is no running water next to the room. Toilet is inside the family's residential building. The space The room that can be rented is located in a building from the 1800s that was built for those who worked on laying the Finspång railway. The building also has the family's storage space, workshop and laundry room. The room is upstairs and offers great privacy. Since the room you rent is in an old house, there is a fairly steep staircase up to the room itself. The room itself is cozy and nice and warm, but it is draughty out in the hall. There is no running water in the room, but there is a container you can fill with water inside the family's residential house. There is also a microwave and electric kettle in the room. The bathroom and shower are inside the family house, so you also get a key there. I live in the house with my children who are there half the time. Guest access The room is in a separate building, you have access to the toilet in the family's residential house. Outside there is an inviting pergola – perfect for relaxing on the hot days of summer. Other things to note The guest cleans the last day according to instructions and checks out before 11:00 am.
