Pets are allowed (not large), extra charge for a pet is 500 rubles per day. I provide for animals: a tray, disposable diapers, bowls, a towel for paws 🐾 INFRASTRUCTURE: Grocery stores (Pyaterochka, Magnit, Universal), pharmacies, Sberbank, public transport stops are within a walking distance. Also nearby: Medical centers (Centromed, Clinic A+), Dentistry, Flower shops. Swimming pools (Dolphin, Rainbow). Victory Park on the banks of the Lazuri River (walks, jogs, military equipment display) AUTO: Car wash, gas station nearby. If you wish, you can park the car at a paid guarded parking lot (100 rubles per day). CHILDREN: There is a playground in the yard, a children's playroom in the neighboring house (Kinder party). STATIONS: 15 minutes by public transport to bus and railway stations.
