Nadeson Park Stud - 4 bedroom Guest House

Located high in the beautiful mountains of the Hemel en Aarde Valley. A great location ideal for a tranquil getaway in nature. Whether you enjoy mountain biking ('Cape Epic Trail') or simply bird watching ( SA national bird - Blue Crane), the farm has enough to keep the whole family entertained. Besides the intimate house, A dam for swimming and trails for hiking, or request a tour of our champion thoroughbreds. The area also offers some of the best wineries, adventure tours and much more. The space The house has 4 bedrooms. The main has 1 king size bed with en-suite that includes a shower and bath. The second bedroom has a three quarter bed with vanity table which can double as a work station. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. All these 3 rooms are located next to each other. The 4th bedroom has two single beds that overlook the garden and horse paddocks. Three of the four rooms share a bathroom that has a shower and bath in them. It has a large fully equipped kitchen and an indoor fireplace. The garden is split between a fenced area where children can run around, a wood fire bbq/braai facilities and outdoor seating. There is an extension to the garden for enjoying outdoor games (soccer, croquette, etc). The entire house is 1 level so no need to struggle with stairs. A cot with bedding is available on request at no additional cost for a baby 2 years and younger. Guest access Guests have access to the guesthouse and their garden, they are welcome to use all the trails for mountain biking, hiking etc. The dam is accessible and a short walk from the guest house. Guests are welcome to walk around the premises, however the only areas that are out of bounds are the horse stables, the stallions stables, inside the horse paddocks, the barn and the staff quarters. Other things to note This is an operational stud farm. The horses are easily spooked. No loud noise or parties will be allowed on the property. Horses are not to be fed or touched. If you would like a tour of the farm to learn more about the horses please request this from the Guest House Manager who would gladly arrange. You are welcome to walk around the farm and explore nature, please however be mindful of any birds nests, while exploring. All barns and stables are out of bounds unless accompanied by the Stud or Guesthouse Manager. The signal is poor in certain spots on the farm due to the location. There is a vodacom tower nearby, but in the event you struggle with signal, there is dedicated wifi in the house and the signal is strong enough for 10 users.
