It's always a pleasure to share a friendly moment. Guest access 🔑 Guest access You have exclusive access to the entire house, as well as its private terrace and adjoining garden. Some outdoor areas of the property (driveway, gate, parking) are shared with the owners, who are present in a completely independent house. Free parking is available in front of the property. You are at home, in complete freedom, comfort and serenity. Other things to note We are delighted to welcome you and hope you have a great stay in our accommodation. Some useful information for your stay: • Check-in from 4:00 p.m. • Check-out before 10:00 AM. - Early check-in can be offered if the accommodation is ready before 4:00 p.m. If not, luggage lockers are available at Marne-la-Vallée Chessy train station and at the Val d'Europe shopping mall. - Access information to the accommodation and Wi-Fi credentials are not provided in advance. They will be sent to you on the day of your arrival, depending on your arrival time. - Late check-in is still possible. However, an additional charge may apply for arrivals after midnight. - Bed linen and towels are provided upon your arrival. For long stays, additional towels can be provided on request for a fee. - Tea and coffee are available to welcome you. This courtesy is offered at the start of the stay. Additional consumption is the responsibility of the guest. - Free parking is available across the street from the accommodation. - For families traveling with young children, a safety gate and a baby cot are available. - Baby bed linens are not provided. Please provide suitable sheets if you would like to use the baby bed. - A television is available in the living room for your leisure time. - Please respect waste sorting. Two garbage cans are at your disposal: one for household and food waste, the other for recyclable packaging (paper, cardboard, plastic and cans). - To maintain the quality of the accommodation, please clean the kitchen after use, wash your dishes, and do not leave any food or food waste out in the open. - Before leaving the accommodation, please close the windows, turn off the lights and non-essential electrical appliances, and check that the door is properly locked. - The accommodation is strictly non-smoking - No animals allowed - Jumping or trampolining on the catamaran net is forbidden - It's forbidden to walk around indoors with shoes to protect the floors and the hanging net. - Parties, events, noisy gatherings, and any activity likely to disturb the neighborhood are strictly prohibited. - To ensure the tranquility of all, please keep noise down between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, especially in the common areas. - The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the guests indicated in the booking. Any additional person must be declared and approved prior to arrival. - Any damage to the accommodation, loss of keys, non-compliance with the house rules, or exceptional restoration costs may be subject to additional charges or immediate cancellation without refund in accordance with the booking conditions and the rules of the Airbnb platform.
