The Bolt Hole As you open the front door you are greeted with a cosy open plan ground floor with French doors leading out to your private patio with an acre of garden and all year round hot tub. The spacious lounge has a comfortable sofa that also doubles as a sofa bed for further guests and a wood burner for those cold winter evenings. Free Wi-Fi, 43" 4K Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker. The modern fully equipped kitchen is where you will find your welcome pack containing - milk, biscuits, tea, coffee, suger etc. The kitchen also has an oven, hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with ice box and washing machine. The bathroom has a WC, sink and walk in shower. The first floor has a large bedroom with stunning countryside views front and back with a King size bed made up with fresh linen. With in the bedroom there's also a 32" TV, mirror, hairdryer and drawers. Leading off the bedroom is an en-suite WC and walk in wardrobe, here you will also find your robes and slippers for use with the hot tub. The Outside Space At the front of the property there's ample parking for two cars and an EV 7Kw charger. The rear of the property has an acre of garden with open field views with the resident cows grazing in the fields. You have use of a private patio with seating for four people and a table. Adjacent to the patio is the covered hot tub which is great way to unwind and soak up the scenery. The accommodation has full central heating system as well as a wood burner. Guest access You're welcome to share our garden with ourselves and our two Old English Sheep dogs Ellie and Skyla and also our cat Wooky. Other things to note We have two very friendly Dulux dogs.
