Other things to note ONLINE CHECK-IN AND GUEST REGISTRATION In accordance with Italian law, all guests must be identified and registered as required by applicable regulations. Before arrival, all guests must complete the mandatory online check-in procedure through the secure external portal used by Italian Vacation Homes. The procedure requires guests to provide the personal information necessary for registration and upload photographs of a valid identity document for each guest. All personal data collected will be processed exclusively for the purposes required by applicable law and in compliance with data protection regulations. Photographs of identity documents will be deleted once the necessary checks and legal formalities have been completed. Instructions for accessing the apartment will only be provided once all guests have successfully completed the online check-in procedure. TOURIST TAX The Municipality of Predore requires payment of a tourist tax, calculated in accordance with current municipal regulations and applicable exemptions. Payment is made during the online check-in procedure, following the instructions provided by Italian Vacation Homes. MINORS Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If accompanied by another adult, written authorization signed by both parents is required, together with copies of both parents’ identity documents and the identity document of the adult responsible for the minor during the stay. All required documentation must be provided before arrival. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY Easy Living Iseo Lake has a strict maximum occupancy of 6 people, including infants and children of all ages. This limit cannot be exceeded, even when additional guests are children under 2 years old. Overnight stays by guests exceeding the authorized maximum occupancy are not permitted. WASTE SORTING AND DISPOSAL Guests must comply with local waste sorting and recycling regulations and separate their waste correctly throughout their stay. Waste must be disposed of according to the instructions provided by Italian Vacation Homes, in compliance with municipal and condominium regulations. We also kindly ask guests to leave the kitchen in a reasonable condition, avoiding the accumulation of rubbish and food waste. RESPECT FOR THE PROPERTY AND ENERGY CONSERVATION Guests are required to treat the apartment, furniture and amenities with care and respect. To help protect the environment and avoid unnecessary waste, we ask guests to use water, electricity, air conditioning and heating responsibly. When leaving the apartment, please switch off lights, air conditioning, heating and electrical appliances that do not need to remain in operation. Doors and windows must remain closed while the air conditioning or heating is operating. Heating — Legal Regulations The Municipality of Predore is classified within Italian Climate Zone E. For heating systems subject to the standard restrictions, national regulations provide for: - standard heating season: October 15 to April 15; - maximum daily operation: 14 hours; - permitted operating hours: 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM; - maximum average indoor temperature in heated rooms: 20°C, with a permitted tolerance of 2°C. Outside the standard heating season, heating may only be used when justified by weather conditions and, as a general rule, for a maximum of 7 hours per day. Any applicable local ordinances, exemptions or special provisions remain in force and will be communicated by Italian Vacation Homes when relevant to your stay.
