Pretty house in a quiet area

We are Bill and Lynn a clean and tidy couple. The house is a detached bungalow in a quiet residential area, with garden and off street parking. The local pub is a short walk away as is public transport into Glouchester 10 minutes or Cheltenham 15/20 minutes. GCHQ is 12 minutes by car. We do not allow smoking, vaping or social smokers. You are welcome to come along to have a look and meet us. Meals can be provided be arrangment. The space The property has three bedrooms & one bathroom, kitchen with dining area. sitting room with patio doors onto the garden, which has a small seating area, grass and graveled drive. The house is moden with plenty of natural light. The bedroom available for rent has a double bed, bedside cabinets and a wardrobe with two deep draws. There is a comfy bedroom chair in the room. High speed internet, smart TV in the sitting room. Guest access Access is via the front door. During your stay This is our home, we are usually in and around the property and always available by mobile. Other things to note We are look for a professional / student female to be our house Guest. Minimum stay 1 week - No Maximum. Room cleaned and bed linen changed once a week. All utilities and high speed wifi included. Use of the washing machine twice a week. Cooked evening meal and packed lunches can be provided with prior arrangement.
