Once built as a forge and gas station, the 1920s building now combines the charm of days gone by with modern comfort and invites you to a relaxing break in the midst of nature. With upscale living comfort, stylish design and a central location, the apartment offers everything to relax The space Comfortable amenities for a relaxing experience Living space: • With 76 m², the apartment offers ample space for 2 to 4 people and is allergy-friendly. Living room: • Relax in the cozy living area, equipped with air conditioning, a pellet stove for warm evenings, satellite TV and a radio. A sofa bed can accommodate 2 more people, and comfortable armchairs complete the decor. Sleeping area: • In the upper area you will find a comfortable double bed, bed linen is of course available. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen incl. oven, ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule machine as well as classic coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all necessary dishes. Perfect for self-catering! Bathroom/toilet: • The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, towels, hairdryer and even a washing machine. Internet & WiFi: • Stay connected at all times – Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Exclusive service for our guests: • Parking & e-mobility. There are two parking spaces directly at the house, and for a fee you can use our wallbox for electric vehicles. Bicycles can be safely parked. • Additional services.
