Munich is approx. 45 minutes by car; Ingolstadt, 25. The space THE APARTMENT Bright, new-build apartment of 64 m², entirely on the ground floor and step-free. Open-plan living and dining area with large kitchen island, one bedroom and one bathroom with large shower. Everything is as good as new, high quality and tidy, exactly as shown in the photos. SLEEPING Two double beds of the same size, each 1.80 x 2.00 meters. One is in the bedroom, the second in the living area, where it also serves as a substitute for a couch. No sofa bed, but twice the full width of a bed. Just right when two couples are traveling together or the kids need their own big bed. Blackout curtains on the windows, fresh bed linen and towels are provided. MOVIE NIGHT The home theater projector is what guests come back for, and for children it's regularly the highlight of the stay. Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ run on it, and normal TV programming runs on the Waipu TV app. A short guide is in the apartment. COOKING & DAILY LIFE ★ Large kitchen island with induction stove, oven, dishwasher and freezer ★ Coffee machine with pods, a selection of teas, wine glasses, spices and everything for cooking ★ Washing machine can be used free of charge ★ Fast WiFi, LAN connection and Bluetooth sound system ★ Wardrobe and dresser for proper unpacking FOR FAMILIES Travel cot and high chair free of charge on request, plus board games as well as books and toys for children aged 5 and over and 10 and over. The communal garden in front of the house is completely fenced, and the playground is only about 100 meters away. OUTSIDE & SURROUNDINGS In front of the apartment is a common outdoor area with a bench and a small green space; the Palme does not have its own balcony. The pizzeria across the street is popular with guests, and the supermarket, café, restaurant and beer garden are just a few minutes away on foot. Scheyern Abbey with its monastery brewery is right next door, and hiking and cycling trails through the Hallertau start right outside the front door. There is a parking space for e-bikes in the underground parking lot. You can reach Munich in about 45 minutes by car, Ingolstadt with the Audi Forum in 25 minutes, and Therme Erding is an easily manageable day trip. After booking, you will receive personalized recommendations for restaurants, activities, and the most beautiful places in Bavaria. Guest access The entire apartment is yours, plus your own parking space in the underground garage and the shared garden in front of the house. Check-in is completely self-service via a code lock. Before arrival, you will receive your personal code and detailed instructions. So it is not a problem at all if it is later or if you don't know your exact arrival time yet. You can also drop off your luggage earlier by arrangement or leave it after check-out. If you run short of towels, a short message is enough.
