Charming apartment in a villa of about 60 sqm, able to accommodate up to 3 people, located on the mezzanine floor (accessible via steps). The house is located in Surbo, a town a few km from Lecce, in a residential but well-served area. In about 10 minutes by car you can reach the historic center. The accommodation consists of a living room, dining area, double bedroom and bathroom. Guests also have access to a outdoor dining area, and a shared garden and garage parking. The space The space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, armchairs and TV; - DINING AREA with dining table and KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, moka, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils); - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet and bidet; - SMALL TERRACE with outdoor dining table; - GARDEN (shared with other guests). FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the bedroom), independent heating, fan, sun loungers iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer. Guests also have access to a covered parking space in the private garage, also suitable for large vehicles such as SUVs. The garage will be shared with other guests. PLEASE NOTE: - The accommodation does NOT have a washing machine, but there are self-service laundries in the immediate vicinity. - Please note the presence of external SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS.
