The space The guest house is located on several acres of privately owned property in an upscale mountain neighborhood in Oakhurst. The main house on the property is situated approx 60 yards away from the guesthouse allowing for privacy and space. Amenities include; memory foam topper on king sized bed, dining table and dresser set. Accomidates 2 guests comfortably. KITCHEN includes the following; mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, induction hot plate with cookware, Keurig coffee machine with a selection of complementary k-cups, assorted herbal teas, set of dishes, flatware, and basic kitchen needs. Patio table seating area and gas BBQ grill in the back yard. Large flat screen TV with unlimited Netflix and Amazon Prime movies and programs. Ductless heating and AC unit provides fast heat up and quick cool down for comfort. Pack and play with mattress for young guests upon request. The main town of Oakhurst is a few minutes away with your choice of dining options, grocery stores, and gas stations for convenience. A 15 mile drive to the south gate of Yosemite National Park. Guest access This house is situated in a neighborhood with other respectable homes and neighbors. Most neighbors homes are several acres apart. Strict No Pets policy.
