Other things to note Nature & Wildlife: Hacienda Pedraza is located in a rural tropical setting surrounded by trees, gardens, and natural vegetation. While we perform regular cleaning and pest-control treatments, guests may occasionally encounter insects, small lizards, frogs, or other wildlife common to Puerto Rico's outdoor environment. Outdoor Pool The pool is located outdoors and surrounded by nature. It is cleaned and maintained regularly; however, leaves, insects, or other natural debris may occasionally be present due to wind, rain, or nearby vegetation. This is normal for outdoor pools in a tropical environment. A Note About Hacienda Pedraza: Hacienda Pedraza is not a luxury resort or a perfectly manicured hotel property. It is a family-friendly countryside retreat surrounded by nature, where the focus is on relaxing, disconnecting from daily life, and creating lasting memories with the people you love. While we work hard to keep the property clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, the natural tropical environment means that occasional leaves, insects, wildlife, or weather-related changes may be part of the experience. If you're looking for quality time with family and friends, beautiful outdoor spaces, and a place to make unforgettable memories, Hacienda Pedraza is the perfect place for you.
