The Stables at Bakers Farm

A quirky, contemporary stable conversion set in the peaceful village of Little Hoole, close to Southport & Blackpool. Features a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom & dressing area & living area. Set in the grounds of our family home, near to shops, pubs, and restaurants. A perfect base to explore Lancashire and enjoy some well-earned peace and quiet. With a warm welcome, country setting, park your car and explore or sit back, relax and enjoy amazing sunsets. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS BUILDING WORK NEXT DOOR The space The Stables are newly renovated & boasts a bedroom with double bed. Bedding is supplied. The kitchen comes with a small fridge, microwave, toaster, single induction hob, kettle, air fryer, slow cooker, George Foreman grill, crockery, cutlery, table & chairs. The lounge area has a settee & a pouffe. Wall mounted smart TV. A walk in wardrobe with chest of drawers & rack for hanging clothes. The modern bathroom has a large walk in electric shower, toilet & hand basin. Towels are supplied. Iron & ironing board are also there for your use. A hairdryer is also provided. A small selection of board games & a chess set are at your disposal. You also have access to an outdoor seating area with table & chairs. The chairs are stored under the bed & placed back afterwards. There is a BBQ that is available to hire. Charcoal/wood will be provided. We charge an additional £10 per use for this. A travel cot is available on request. Please bring your own bedding as this is not provided. Dogs are welcome at the property. They must not be left unattended at anytime. Please keep them off the furniture & beds, also clean their feet before entering if they are dirty. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS CURRENTLY BUILDING WORK IN THE FIELD NEXT DOOR TO THE STABLES. Guest access External. You can use the bench seating located in front of the stables and also the outdoor dining table & chairs for an alfresco experience. Other things to note The travel cot is available upon request. Please bring your own bedding. The BBQ is available to hire. We will supply charcoal/wood. This is subject to an additional £10/use cost.
