You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The space This Barn Style Annex is a ground floor annexe within our home. You will have your own front door and access to our garden if desired via back door from bedroom. Also bistro table available at front of annex for outdoor seating/ dining or having a drink in the evening sunshine. Roxton is in beautiful small rural village in Bedfordshire countryside close to the Cambridgeshire border. Quiet village with walks in the beautiful countryside and riverside to Roxton Lock. Easy access to Bedford, Milton Keynes, St Neots and Cambridge. We are on the main bus route to both Oxford and Cambridge and surrounding areas. The space You will have the use of the entire ground floor annexe with own entrance, comprising of a kitchen/ living room, 1 bedroom and bathroom with access to a shared garden, with seating/BBQ if required. Basic breakfast items will be provided. (Tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, jams and milk. You have use of a full kitchen including cooker, hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer, kettle, sandwich maker. Also a full range of utensils and pans are provided together with crockery/glasses etc. There is a TV in both the living area and bedroom and Wi Fi available. The bedroom has a superking size zip and link bed ti split into 2 x 3 foot wide singles twin style, please specify preference when booking. Double built in wardrobe & drawers for storage. Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing Board supplied. Access to rear garden via back door from bedroom and you are welcome to use this. There is a gas BBQ and again welcome to use this. Guest access Self contained ground floor annex with off road parking. Other things to note We are on a main bus route to both Cambridge and Oxford and surrounding areas. Easy access to Bedford, Milton Keynes, St Neots and Cambridge.
