Summer house with large heated pool

In the town of Veigné, 5 minutes by car from the Périphérique de Tours, ideally located to visit the castles and cellars of the Loire Valley, we are renting out our gite "Le havre Vindinien" for the first time. We look forward to welcoming you to this warm house opening onto a large landscaped garden (4,000 m2) with a large heated swimming pool from June to September (and depending on the weather), a pool house and summer kitchen as well as private parking. The space You will appreciate its quality amenities and its very privileged geographical location for visiting the Loire Valley, Futuroscope and Beauval Zoo. Great for a stay for families or friends. Not suitable for festive events. The discount is 15% for stays of 10 nights or more, instead of 10%. The house: We offer this family house for rent, in a quiet residential area, to which we are very attached. For these reasons, it cannot be rented for parties. Thank you for your understanding. The house has 4 bedrooms for 7 people. It consists of: On the ground floor: - Entrance with wardrobe, - Living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, - New equipped kitchen: induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, coffee machines (filter and Senseo), kettle, toaster, basic necessities, - Bright dining area, - Bathroom (shower, bathtub) with toilet, - 1 bedroom with queen size bed (160x200) and fan. On the first floor, you will find: - 1 mezzanine with sofas and play area, - 1 bedroom: 2 beds (90 x 190) (can be brought together on request) and fan, - 1 bedroom: 1 bed (140 x 190) and fan, - 1 bedroom: 1 bed (90 x 190) and fan, - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, Note: good quality bedding Basement: - Laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron), - Garage equipped with Ping-Pong table. Outside: - 13.5 x 5.5 m swimming pool with alarms, outdoor summer shower, - Pool house consisting of: * 30 m2 courtyard with a table for 8 people, * Fully equipped outdoor kitchen and pantry (coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, oven), * 2 changing rooms, * 1 WC. - Large wooded garden – children’s play area – badminton court and even a hammock :) - Outdoor parking for 2 cars, The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Some rooms and furniture are private. All rooms described previously are available. Instructions for accessing the accommodation and the people to contact during the stay are provided 24 hours before check-in and in the welcome booklet provided. Important information: - Due to the size and nature of the garden and the presence of a swimming pool with a large depth, the rental of the property is strongly discouraged to the group or family including children of walking age and under 8 years of age. - No smoking is allowed inside the accommodation. - No pets allowed on the property. - Pool: Personal safety: Minor children must be under the constant and active supervision of a responsible adult. Under no circumstances should they access the pool alone. - If necessary, the gardener may come once per stay, on a day and time slot that will be indicated to you 72 hours before the service. No cameras indoors or in the leisure area (swimming pool and pool house). - The reservation will be validated under the following conditions: * signature of the house rules by the TENANT/VISITOR (the extract from the house rules is provided in the House rules section) * the €2,500 security deposit must be made * a certificate of holiday/seasonal rental insurance must be provided The rate includes sheets and beds made upon your arrival, towels and cleaning upon your departure. Pool towels are not provided. The house should be made clean. There is a small grocery store, hygiene and cleaning products to start your stay. The welcome and the handover of the keys are done by appointment previously determined, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Check out is at 10:00 am at the latest. Checkout guidelines Your host is requesting that you complete the following tasks before departure: - Return the house in the same clean condition as on arrival - Remove the linens from the used beds, gather the used towels - Remove personal items, remove food and drink leftovers and take out the trash - Turn off lights, lock doors and return keys - Otherwise, you may receive a negative review from the Host. The property is intended to accommodate families and is not suitable for parties with friends: fragile decoration and very quiet residential area. The cleaning fees indicated in the listing correspond to the restoration of the reception and disinfection of the house.
