Rental unit in Fröndenberg

Cozy place in the countryside – perfect for a short stay. The accommodation is located with me in the house and has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and roof terrace. The bathroom for sole use can be reached separately via the stairwell. The space Your sleeping and living area is on the middle and upper floor, I live with my cat on the ground floor. Our areas are separated from each other by the stairwell. On the mezzanine is the large bedroom with a bed (140x200). Upstairs there is a small bedroom (bed also 140 x 200), a living room and a kitchen. The bathroom you have for your sole use is on the ground floor and can be reached via the stairwell (currently being renovated). You can get sheets and towels from me. The kitchen is a little older, but equipped with everything you need: toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge (with icebox) and oven. The basics such as coffee, tea, oil, salt and pepper are ready. In the living room there is a TV with a fire stick, through which you can log into your accounts of Amazon and & Co. There is no cable connection, but there is a dvd player with an exquisite selection of good (and less good) movies. From the bookcase in the large bedroom, you can of course take something to browse during your stay. Through the living room you reach the rooftop. You are also welcome to sit outside in the garden. The accommodation is close to the Ruhrtalradweg, and you can also hike here in the area. Rewe, bakery, pharmacy, outdoor swimming pool, Greek and pizzeria are all within a radius of 1.5 kilometers. By bus, which stops almost at the front door, you can reach Fröndenberg train station in 15 minutes. Guest access You have the middle and upper floor all to yourself. The bathroom, which you have for your own use, is on the ground floor. You can get there through the stairwell. You don't have to go through my apartment for that. I'll leave the front door key in a key box.
