Unique family home with beautiful lake views and a lovely garden. No insight and short distance to all amenities. Walking distance to several swimming areas. Large and open floor plan. Large terrace with several seating areas. There are beds for 6, but we also have mattresses if you are two families, for example. This is our home and we are constantly renovating so there will be traces of this. The space Semi-detached house with 4 bedrooms and a loft. Approx. 150 sqm. Bathtub in one bathroom and shower in the other. Large garden where you can use whatever grows and sprouts. Large veranda with several seating areas for both sun and shade. There is an electric awning over parts of the porch so you can sit dry even in the rain. We have a heat pump/AC so the temperature inside is always comfortable. The kitchen is new from 2025 with integrated appliances and a cooktop with a kitchen fan. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Guest access The whole house is open to guests. Please note that this is our home so it will be filled with our things. If you need cabinet space (e.g. for longer stays) we will sort it out. There is an annex in the garden. This will be locked for guests. Other things to note The property is centrally located in Nesoddtangen near the local center with e.g. pharmacy, grocery store, wine monopoly, etc. There are also several cafes and a library. Right below the house there is a good vegetable shop (which is also open on Sundays) as well as a delicious Italian take away pizza. There are several swimming areas nearby. Oksval beach (in the picture) is very child-friendly with a sandy beach and a bathing jetty. There are also diving boards. If you prefer fewer families with children, I can recommend Hornstranda which is located down by Nesoddtangen jetty. Here there are nice rocks and a bathing ladder. Feel free to end the swim with a snack or something cold to drink at the trattoria signalen, the restaurant located right by the quay.
