Our Llevant house is part of the Can Toni Blay property,together with the Migjorn and Tramontana houses. It stands out for its privileged location at km 10.3 of Formentera, 1 km from the town of Es Calo and 800 meters walk from the beach of Migjorn. Very quiet area surrounded by nature. To access the house you need an exclusive private code for customers. As owners we are always available to customers for anything they need during their stay. The space Our LLevant house is located within the private estate Can Toni Blay (enclosed area with exclusive access code for clients), along with the Migjorn and Tramontana housesat km 10.3 of Formentera. The maximum capacity of the Llevant house is 4 people. The house has: • Outdoor Porch with garden furniture. Garden. Barbecue. Covered parking. External plug type schuko for charging electric vehicles. Playground. Exterior shower. • Interior Kitchen equipped with kitchenware, fridge, oven, washing machine, capsule coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. Dining room. Living room with Smart TV. Stereo. 1 bedroom with king size bed with ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom. 1 twin bedroom (90x200) with ceiling fan. 1 full bathroom. Alarm. Safe. Wifi. Air conditioning in the living room. Rooms have ceiling fans and heating. The price of the stay includes bed and bath linen (one bath towel and one toilet towel per person, one bath mat for each bath, one beach sarong per person and welcome ammenities). A change of bath linen is made twice a week for stays longer than one week, and a weekly change of bed linen. We have cots, high chairs and bed barriers at no additional cost. STANDARDS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: • Check-In time is from 4:00 p.m., while Check-Out must be done before 11:00 a.m. In case of being able to enter before or leave later than the established time, customers will be notified. • The water in the house is slightly saline. Not suitable for direct consumption, but for cooking and showering. • Pets are not allowed. • Smoking is not allowed inside the house. • The house must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered at Check In. • It is strictly forbidden to organize and celebrate any type of events in the house, unless it has been expressly contracted for it with the express authorization of the property. Other things to note Information on the Formentera tourist tax. As of July 1, 2016, the autonomous government of the Balearic Islands establishes a Tourism Tax Sustainable, which must be collected directly by the tourist accommodation. Children under 16 years of age will be exempt from their payment. The amount to be paid has been set by the regional government and fluctuates from 50 cents to 2 EUR per person per night plus VAT, depending on the type of accommodation. In the case of agritourism and rural houses the amount is 1 EUR + 10% VAT (per person, per evening). From the 9th day of stay this tax will be reduced to 50%. The objective of this measure is to help maintain the natural beauty of this island.
