Villa Balducci, a beautiful home in Citta di Castello

Villa Balducci is a private property with electric gates situated in the countryside with stunning views over the countryside yet within 2.5 klms to Citta di Castello. It is decorated to a high standard surrounded by beautiful gardens with lemon and orange trees and colourful plants with many outside areas on which to dine/relax. There is a 16 metre pool with integrated baby pool with a pool house with kitchenette and bathroom. The Villa is child friendly with swing, slide, playhouse and toys. The space The property has fields to walk in and explore and there are many beautiful quiet walks around the property to lakes and woods. Citta di Castello is a wonderful town with many excellent restaurants, bars and shops. In the summer there is entertainment in the town square and the on Thursdays the shops are open until midnight. There is a big market on Thursday and Saturday mornings. The property is strategically placed within 2.5 klms of the E45 for easy access to Assisi, Perugia and also towns in Tuscany. Guest access Guests will have full access to the total space.
