This 2-star independent accommodation is located in the owners' house, in the center of the village of Grâce-Uzel. A café-bar-restaurant-grocery store is 50 m away. The two single beds can become a large double bed The accommodation gives access to the garden behind, facing south, where you will find garden furniture, and a terrace to have your aperitifs and meals. The space The front door opens to the street, with no steps. On the ground floor, there is a 25m2 living room with a sofa and an armchair, a TV, and a table with extension cords. There is a space heater, a small electric stove with a log effect, to create a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen area, equipped with stove top, oven, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, vacuum cleaner, and all the necessary dishes and stoves. If needed, the washing machine is in an outbuilding. The staircase leads upstairs where there is a second lounge area with small sofa and a second TV. Double glazed windows, in front and behind, can ensure quiet nights. The two single beds can become a large double bed with a choice of two single duvets or a king-size double down. The bathroom has a large shower, WC and sink, furniture, and towel rack. All linens are provided, depending on the length of your visit: sheets, towels, dishcloths, bath mats. Guest access The furnished apartment (ground floor and first floor) is at your disposal during your stay. Only the garden behind is shared with the owners, and you can enjoy it at any time. You will have your key to enter and exit at will. You will have views of the church and the presbytery gardens opposite (boules court too). The bells start in the morning at 7am and ring the hour, until 10pm.
