In the enclosed rear garden there is children’s play equipment and across the front drive, above the triple garage, there is a games room. Ample hot water and central heating when required are included in the letting price. The space This is not a party house it’s a comfortable family home in a quiet village. Relax with the whole family at this four bedroom home. As you come in, past the boot room, you come into a light and open hall. To the left there is a shower room with toilet, walk in shower and wash basin. Please note as the photo the dining table only seats 6 even though the house can sleep 8 . If this isn’t suitable for you please don’t book! Next there is a ground floor bedroom with double bed. Walking into the kitchen, there is a range cooker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The utility room, that leads off the kitchen , is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. In the rear secure garden there is children’s play equipment. Upstairs there is one en-suite with two further double bedrooms one with twin beds and a family bathroom. Also an office space for home working. Clients are responsible for their own children on the play equipment. Over the triple garage there is a games room with darts, pool and table football. There is also a gym area with free weights a sit up and a yoga mat and a punch bag. Yours hosts are on site in a self contained annex next door. The property is ideal for 6 adults and two children but 8 adults will fit in and there are sufficient plates mugs etc! Please bring your own towels Guest access The whole house and the games room over the garage is available, with the exception of one locked off 5th bedroom. There is parking for 3 cars and there is a car charger that can be made available for a separate charge directly to the hosts. The secure enclosed rear garden is for your enjoyment, the hosts may be in the garden, especially in sunny weather, but they will try to keep out of your way. The Hosts will also access the rear garden to cut the grass or maintain the space, put the bins out and bring them back in. There is also Wi-Fi and a home office with desk to use. Other things to note One of the bedrooms with double bed and also a shower room are located on the ground floor for those that find stairs a challenge. We have got a travel cot and high chair to help with little ones. If you need these please request them or they will be stored out of your way. NO PETS
