Stylish 2-bed, 2.5-bath home with views and stunning outdoor space. Please note there is building work on a nearby plot. Inside, relax in a cosy open-plan lounge/kitchen with media wall, large TV, work area, fast Wi-Fi. Two ensuite bedrooms with makeup areas. TV's (Netflix/Prime). Parking, EV charger. No pets, no smoking. Quiet hours after 10pm and before 8am. Perfect for a relaxing Hereford escape but just a short drive to the city centre . Please read the reviews so far. The space Hi Thank you kindly for looking at my property. This is a little new to me so please ask if there is anything I can do to make your stay a more enjoyable one. Please note that whilst every effort has been made to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one there are just a couple of points to note. One wardrobe in the main bedroom is in use as is one side of the shoe storage area. The lights around the TV are on a remote. For longer stays In the summer especially the garden will need watering and the hope is that this can be done without too much interruption to your stay if needed The very small gym area does include a magic mirror but no personal profiles should be set up Netflix and Prime are set up on all TV'S For all of the above reasons the price reflects a discount based on the recommendations and I do hope you enjoy your stay Warm regards Sean Guest access Hi I can often greet you in arrival or make arrangements for the keys to be in the lock box at the entrance. I have photographs of the entrance and the door No 5, please, if it doesn’t look like the photo please don’t try and enter. The main door has also a No 4 entrance opposite. Keys are in the lockbox near the No 8 letterbox. Go inside the door without a number and you will see the door marked No 5 on the ground floor inside. Bay 5 is just past the bin area on the right of the entrance. The apartment is inside the main building.
