Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment: bedroom, living room, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, open-space balcony and parking space. In the yard there is a children's playground, accessible to all tenants in the neighborhood. The entire interior space is private. Other things to note 📌 No parties or events are allowed. 🚭 No smoking inside. 🔞 Access is allowed only to the persons in the reservation. 🆔 An ID is required at check-in. 💳 A security deposit of 1000 RON is charged, refundable at check-out if there is no damage. 📹 The property is video monitored at the entrance for safety.
