Located in the small town of Armaño, 5 kilometers from bustling Potes, the house offers visitors and travelers peace and quiet. Recently opened, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room and an outdoor porch and patio that invite reading, socializing, family dinners or simply to rest and well-deserved rest after enjoying the unique natural environment offered by the Liébana Valley and the Picos de Europa National Park. The space The house, for eight guests, has an area of 160 m² spread over three floors. It has two bedrooms, two single beds of 90 each and a duplex bedroom with a 1.60 double bed and two 90 beds on the top. The house can be rented for 6/8 people (children aged 8 and over) or for 4 people; in the latter case, the duplex room would be closed off, and guests would be able to enjoy the rest of the house (three bathrooms, living room, kitchen, porch, and outdoor patio). Pets are not allowed. *High season from June 1st to September 21st, Easter, and Christmas Guest access The house is rented with bedding and towels. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, ceramic stovetop, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster and iron. In the boiler room, attached to the porch, there is a washing machine, clothesline, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. It has everything you need for cooking and a complete tableware for 12 people. The porch and outdoor terrace, 100 m2 in size, is equipped with garden furniture.
