We rent out a spacious and independent part of our farm, suitable for a group of up to 12 people. Not far from the Netherlands, but still a different world. On our cozy holiday farm in the green heart of the Thiérache, you live mainly outside. With the view of rolling meadows. Take your time with friends or family. On the outskirts of a village with a fantastic baker and a small supermarket. Come unwind, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy. The space Downstairs is a large eat-in kitchen with a spacious terrace, the bathroom with 2 showers and 2 toilets. The terrace leads to the fenced garden. Upstairs is the living room and an extra toilet. Upstairs, there are also two spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1: - 1 bunk bed - 4 single beds (can be pushed together) Bedroom 2: - 2 bunk beds - 2 twin beds (can be pushed together) Outside in the garden, there is a fire pit, a trampoline, and a jeu de boules court. Through the gate, you enter the meadow. In the middle of the meadow is the wood-fired sauna by the natural pond. Guest access Parking is available on your own property. The farm has its own entrance. The key is available from the host but can also be obtained from the key box. Other things to note - We have a sweet dog and a cat. These do not come into the part to be rented but do walk around on our own property. - In the pond swim 2 mallards and in the meadow are usually sheep, keep that in mind if you come with a dog. - Due to the steep stairs, raised terrace, and other steps up and down, the house is not suitable for small children, the disabled or the elderly.
