First Floor and Second Floor has a private room and private bathroom. Third floor has a private room and a shared bathroom between two rooms depending on availability of booking The kitchen has all the necessary amenities and the utilities cost are included in the rental price (unless overuse of electricity/gas/water is done by the guest) The living room features a big dining table. Communication is key - so when in doubt - let’s talk.
