The space THE APARTMENT Die Welle is a bright, modernly furnished new-build apartment in which everything is as good as new and well thought out. Plenty of space for cooking, eating and for movie and game nights together, on the ground floor and completely step-free. SLEEPING - 2x BEDS + 1x SOFA BED The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. There are two beds and an additional sofa bed, but no third bed. ★ Bedroom: Double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m for 2 people ★ Living area: double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m for 2 people ★ Living area: Sofa bed as a normal couch or converted into a sleeping area of 2.00 x 2.00 m, it offers a sleeping space for 2 people So if there are six of you, two will sleep on the sofa bed. Please note this. Fresh bed linens, pillows and blankets are available for all 6 guests. OUTSIDE & SURROUNDINGS In front of the apartment is a shared outdoor area with a bench and a small green space (no private balcony). The supermarket, café, restaurant and beer garden are 5 minutes away on foot. The famous Scheyern Abbey, with its traditional abbey brewery, is right next door. Hiking in the Hallertau, day trips to Munich (about 45 minutes by car), to the Erding thermal baths or to the Audi Forum Ingolstadt (25 minutes) are easily possible. For cyclists, there is an e-bike parking facility in the locked underground parking garage. After booking, you will receive personalized recommendations for restaurants, activities, and the most beautiful places in Bavaria. Guest access You have the entire apartment to yourself. It is located on the first floor with step-free access, and parking is right outside the door. Check-in is super easy and completely self-service. Before your arrival, you will receive detailed instructions, so it is not a problem at all if it gets later or if you do not yet know your exact arrival time.
