The space The Coach House is part of a larger 18th century property set within six acres of landscaped gardens backing onto uninterrupted views of Oxfordshire countryside. The property is entirely private and accessed via its own separate entrance where there is ample parking for several cars. The Coach House boasts a stunning fully equipped open plan kitchen that seats up to eight around a large table. A wood burning stove provides extra warmth and ambience. Double glass doors lead out onto a beautiful private orchard where wildlife is abundant. An outdoor table and chairs are available for summer dining. There are wooden floors throughout the ground floor and a separate downstairs cloakroom and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The adjoining sitting room has a comfortable L-shaped sofa and armchair with a flat screen television for cosy film nights. Wifi connection is excellent. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms. A large master bedroom with super king sized bed and ensuite shower room. There is ample storage. There are two further double bedrooms that can be made up as either two single beds or a king sized bed. All bedrooms have beautiful views over the garden and countryside. There is an additional large family bathroom with roll top bath and overhead shower. The property has been decorated to a high standard throughout. The village of Wardington has many wonderful walks, a 12th century church, manor House & garden centre with an excellent cafe. A pub serving simple food is a short walk away. Take a stroll across the cricket pitch or walk part of the Jurassic Way, a famous long distance footpath connecting Banbury with the Lincolnshire town of Stamford. A tennis court is available for use by separate arrangement. With all the amenities of Banbury only ten minutes away, this gem of a country cottage is the perfect weekend getaway for friends and family.
