Harwood Homestay

Nestled in Sugar Cane country is our Tiny Home for you to enjoy. Perfect for overnight or long stays. A short drive off the freeway on sealed roads will make it easy to access our property. Harwood is centrally located to Maclean, Yamba and Iluka. There are boat ramps for easy access to the river, a sailing club and the Harwood Hilton Pub a stone's throw away. The space The Tiny Home has all the basic features including fully functioning kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and sandwich press. The large bathroom has a shower, vanity and eco toilet. The bedroom has a double bed, plenty of cupboard space, linen is supplied including towels and sheets. There is a smart TV, WIFI available and also a reverse cycle air conditioner. The tiny home has a large decking area with daybed, BBQ and table. Adjacent to the Tiny Home is a car parking bay. Sorry no dogs allowed as there are working dogs on the property. Coming soon will be a carport for your vehicle and fully fenced horse paddock with shelter for those travelling with horses. Guest access The Tiny Home is situated at the entrance to our property. You are free to roam around the 50 acres but please be aware that there are animals including horses, dogs and goats, and we advise to stay out of their yards unless arranged with the hosts. Whilst the main house is private, we are happy to assist with any inquiries and if we are outside, please come up and say "Hello." Other things to note Please note this is a working cane farm and you may experience cane harvesting machinery operating in the area between June-December. If you're lucky you may even get to see a cane fire. There are dogs on the property which do bark on occasions however they are located well away from the tiny home. Our property also has its own creek access for small tinnies or kayak's which you can gain access to the main river from.
