New as a vacation home: our beautiful farmhouse from 1840, located in the picturesque village of Barsingerhorn (NH). Enjoy the tranquility and space in the polder. Enjoy cycling, walking or going to the cozy town of Schagen (4 km) with a wide choice of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a Thursday market. Only 14 km and then you are on the beach or in the woods. Or a day in Texel? Only 28 km. All the elements within reach to make it a fantastic vacation! The space The entire farm consists of a left part where we live and a right part that is rented by you. The right part is a complete farmhouse with its own entrance and its own garden. Only available to you and therefore do not need to be shared with anyone. Farm house is composed of: Entrance, garden, living room, dining room, kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, microwave, hot air oven, (no dishwasher), 2 bedrooms (1 with wardrobe), bathroom (shower/bath/sink) and a separate toilet. Note: Some doors in the farmhouse are still old-fashioned low. So make sure you don't hit your head! And also be alert to the thresholds. Guest access You have the entire farmhouse/guest suite at your disposal and do not need to share it with other guests. The front door is on the street side. It is the original main entrance. Other things to note Quiet time after 23:00: Out of respect for neighbors, we ask you for silence between 23:00 and 8:00. So after 23:00 no more music and noises outside. Tourist tax: According to municipal regulations, we are obliged to charge tourist tax. This amounts to €2 per person per night. The tourist tax is not included in the total price through Airbnb and will be charged separately upon arrival. We kindly ask you to pay this in cash or via a payment request. Drink and drugs: We emphatically mention that excessive drinking is not allowed as well as the use of drugs. We rely on your understanding. Thank you for that!
