Confirmation also means you adhere to all ParkDean holiday park policies, site regulations, safety, rules and all guidelines. - BOOKING & SITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS The caravan is pet friendly (1 dog or cat for example). We accept small to medium size dogs but they must remain on a lead. No dogs from the dangerous dogs list are allowed onsite. ParkDean is a pet friendly site, there are inevitably other dogs on site. By paying you agree to the following site and booking terms and conditions, Including the health and safety terms to staying on the site. Our caravan offers you and your family the opportunity to enjoy the Carmarthenshire and West Wales coastline, take a break from digital devices (ipads, phones, laptos, gaming consoles) to spend quality time together. The caravan has a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher in the kitchen. We DO NOT ALLOW candles at all in the caravan as these are a fire risk. The caravan is gas powered for hot water and cooking. If gas is not working or if you don't have hot water please contact Mair (caravan owner) immediately. We ask that you respect our neighbours so music and devices need to be kept at a reasonable level and ALL music is to be turned off by 11pm. ⭐️IMPORTANT ACCESS INFO⭐️ Gwyliau Gwenfor Holidays is Static caravan Windsor 124 on Pendine Sands ParkDean park. Caravan can be found: Coming from Laugharne/StClears: Drive into Pendine, pass the PendineSands reception. Keep going and pass the carpark to the beach. Further on the right (before beach racer cafe) turn right. There are ParkDean flagpoles. Drive up past the bins to a mini carpark. Windsor caravans are just after the carpark on the right. There is a blue Windsor sign. Turn right, and drive (max5mph) dow to caravan 124. Please take this information onboard and enjoy your stay in a lovely part of the world. We LOVE Pendine beach! SENSORY, VISUAL and HEARING IMPAIRMENT FRIENDLY Space with items, equipment and resources to support individuals with sensory loss and sensory needs. WIFI The caravan is now equipped with its own STARLINK WIFI (from october 2025), just for our caravan and a blessing in an area with limited signal. You can sign in to your own amazon and netflix on the smart tv to enjoy the caravan on a cosy night. Details to sign in / link to wifi will be in the caravan. This is a static caravan with 2 bedrooms- 1x double and 1x twin. The other double bed is in the living room. It is a comfy sofa bed. Bedding is provided duvet, pillows and sheets), but you will need to assemble sofa bed in the living room. We do all the changeovers and cleaning ourselves to keep costs low and budget friendly to our customers. Added to your booking is a £10 charge for all cleaning, bedding and to replenish essentials included. Beautiful Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire coastline are on the doorstep-from castles, parks to attractions like Folly Farm, Heatherton, an Alpaca farm, Tenby historic town, fabulous beaches, farms, museums, historical towns, indoor play areas like Sgiliau and Merlin's Magic, stunning lakes like Llys y Fran, Dylan Thomas' Laugharne. Pembrokeshire is less than 10 mins away! Plenty to see, do, visit locally and even a place to be busy doing nothing! This is a privately owned caravan on the Pendine Sands ParkDean resort. We are renting out our own holiday home for others to enjoy. We , and guests staying at the caravan are expected to adhere to ParkDean rules, policies, fire safety and regulations. Security team based on site. Day passes can be bought to use the ParkDean ammenities and facilities. Bought seperately on site during your stay. They are expensive, and we apologise that you cannot borrow our passes (we have picture IDs). Area is convenient to facilities.
