Inside, three bedrooms are split over two floors. The open-plan living room is on the ground floor, with plush sofas and a large dining table for meals inside. Extremely modern, this villa is contemporary in style with a high-end kitchen, white-washed walls and marble effect bathrooms. Only a short drive away, you'll find a handful of local tavernas, shops and sandy beaches. Accessibility - The villa is situated in a mountainous area, requiring navigation of 15 steps to reach the front door, which is 90cm wide and accessed via a 100cm-wide path. The outdoor area features a balcony/veranda, accessible via a couple of steps from the outside. Once past the main steps, the pool area is flat and easily navigable, with a path to the pool measuring 250cm wide. However, the pool itself is accessible only via ladder entry. Inside the villa, there are no internal steps on the ground floor, but access to the first floor requires ascending 18 steps. Doors throughout the property, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen/dining room, and lounge, are 80-90cm wide. The ground floor includes a twin bedroom with an adjoining bathroom featuring a shower. The first floor contains additional bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, all with 80cm-wide doors.
