On the ground floor (next to the beauty salon) there is an area for the disposal of garbage, which must be separated by category: organic, plastic, paper, glass and metal. 4. There are 6 floors of garage, including the ground floor, the spaces are rotating, are not locked and you can park in any one. 5. Please always check the signs indicating the number of cars per space and whether your vehicle is within the demarcated space. (Prevent the watchmen from ringing your bell requesting maneuvers). 6. The building has 6 elevators, for some of them, to enter the floor number you need to enter the numbers 1 and 8 (18th floor) and then press the confirm button. To cool the entire apartment, I recommend turning on the air conditioner at a temperature between 21 and 23; below this temperature the air conditioner can freeze and stop working, causing water to leak; keep windows closed. 9. Whenever you turn on the stove, turn on the exhaust fan, avoiding the bad smell of grease on your clothes and in the environment, in this case open the side window of the room to air out. 10. When using the stove, wait about 30 minutes for it to cool down, do not wet the hot stove and do not place pots with a wet bottom on it, as it may burst the glass. 11. Do not store wet dishes in the cabinets, as they accumulate fungi and bacteria, which are bad for your health. 12. When leaving the house, please do not leave lights and air conditioning on, or windows open, to prevent weather situations from spoiling your stay. I would appreciate it if you could leave curtains closed or half-open during the hours when the sun shines on the bed and sofa. 13. Please do not throw garbage out the inner windows or down the toilet (Avoid clogging, mice, flies and cockroaches). 14. No smoking, even at the windows (condominium rule), due to: bad smell, hygiene and safety. There is a smoke detector in the hallways, avoid embarrassment, use the garage (to store cigarette butts), there are monitoring cameras. 15. Turn off the coffee maker as soon as you use it to prevent the carafe from bursting and breaking the bottom. 16. Do not hang towels over the doors, as it causes rotting. There is a hook behind the doors. It is forbidden to hang clothes on the windows. 17. When returning from the beach, we ask that you go through the foot washer to remove sand from your body and objects, to avoid bringing sand into the apartment. 18. Do not sit on the bed or chairs with wet clothes to prevent them from getting wet and causing mold on the pieces. 19. Before leaving, wash and drain all used dishes and pots. 20. At the end of your stay, close the windows and curtains. LAUNDRY USE: 1. The laundry is located on the first floor and can be used by all guests for a fee. USE OF THE GYM and USE OF THE POOL: The same basic rules of good coexistence for gyms and condominiums, check opening hours at the entrance, both are located on the sixth floor. 1. Give a medical certificate to the pool attendant and request your access wristband. A certificate is only required for diving in the pool, not for sunbathing and strolling on the terrace. If you do not have the certificate, you can get one at the condominium, at a cost for each guest. You can ask the doorman for the doctor's contact information and arrange the appointment. 2. As in any club or condominium, the use of glasses, jars, glass bottles is NOT allowed (except inside the party kiosks). 3. Use of sound is allowed only through mini speakers or cell phones, so that it does not disturb other users and residents in front of the pool. 4. Please do not shout, talk in a moderate tone and monitor this guidance to children who get excited in moments of joy and leisure. (Just as you enjoy peace and quiet in your apartment, let's respect the neighbors, regardless of schedules, because not everyone is on vacation, many are residents). 5. The use of sun tanning lotions is PROHIBITED, as in any swimming pool for collective use. 6. The use of the kiosks is allowed to all guests, but it must be scheduled with the concierge and the usage fee must be paid. 6.1. If you rent the kiosk, you can invite people who are not guests to join your gathering, but these guests cannot use the pool. CHECK-OUT: The time limit is 10:00 a.m., as the next guest will arrive at 2:00 p.m. and before that the FINAL CLEANING and CHECK-OUT LIST OF OBJECTS will be carried out.
