XXX POLITE NOTE..NO SINGLE MEN XXX Fantastic Miners Terrace House cottage set at the base of a tranquil historical Welsh valley. Breathtaking views of the mountains from front of house. (see pics). Car parking outside on road.. welcome pack in bedroom(tea,coffee,hot choc, sugar) and kettle. Located in small village of Cwmparc with a small collection of shops,takeaway chemist and pubs. Treorchy, a large town is located a mile away and has a vast array of shops and usual town facilities The space You will be sharing the house with myself (Jane) who is the house owner. The property consists of a living room and kitchen downstairs, two bedrooms (one for guests) and bathroom upstairs. To the rear of the house outside is a fantastic landscaped garden with plants and seating areas. To the front of the house outside is a seating area offering fantastic views of the amazing mountains. Small fruit and pastry breakfast basket per morning included. It truly is the most amazingly quiet location and an ideal place for a relaxing break. Guest access Apart from you own bedroom you will have shared access to the bathroom, with shower and the living room area. There is a little seating area at the front of the house, where you can enjoy the stunning views. During your stay Guests may ask myself directly if they need assistance or I will be available via mobile phone Other things to note No Smoking/vaping on the premises, in the designated smoking area at the front will be fine. But if smoking please use tray provided for cigarette butts etc..
