Welcome to an atypical place designed to recharge your batteries, work in peace or live an extraordinary experience. Nestled in the heart of a vast outdoor space bordered by 2 fields with donkeys, pigs and chickens. The estate, which is equipped with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, plancha, pizza oven, and brazier, makes it a unique and nice place to relax during meals. The barn is available for events (wedding, EVG...) in addition with additional quote. The space 📍 Location and environment Located in the countryside, in a quiet and pleasant cul-de-sac. • 🧑‍💻 Coworking space 800 meters away, ideal for business stays or telecommuting; • the site is natural (oceanic climate, uneven terrain, possible natural noises, fauna and flora of great diversity) It is also quiet and conducive to relaxation; • Presence of animals on site (see important information below). ⚠️ All enclosures are surrounded by electric fences. ⛔ It is strictly forbidden to touch or stroke the animals and/or open their enclosure. To ensure their well-being (water, food, care), an outside person will discreetly intervene on the site every 2 to 3 days (without entering the huts and the gîte). 👉 This presence is part of the normal operation of the place and does not constitute a reason for complaint. 🛏 The estate • Capacity: 12 people max. • a cottage consisting of 4 bedrooms with comfortable bedding; • 2 unusual cabins each equipped with a bed for 2, electricity, an electrical outlet, heating and a porthole • 2 Living rooms with sofa, one with TV • Fully equipped kitchen (dishes, appliances, Nespresso, etc.) • 3 functional bathrooms with 3 toilets • Wifi Connection • Towels and bed linen is provided • Secure pool and hot tub ⚠️ The cottage and its exteriors are not suitable for unsupervised children. Guests should pay special attention to them. They remain under the permanent responsibility of a responsible adult throughout their stay. • Use of all equipment under your sole responsibility. A moderate atmosphere is requested, especially after 10 p.m. 🚭 Non-smoking and non-vaping accommodation, veranda and unusual cabins (including open windows). Cigarette butts are crushed in an ashtray. No butts on the ground. 🐾 Personal pets not allowed (unless by prior written agreement) 👥 No undeclared outside visitors 🔊 Respect for the quiet of the site and the neighborhood: noise nuisance excluded between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. 🧼 The accommodation must be returned in good condition. ⛔ Any violation of these rules may result in: • Early end of stay, in accordance with Airbnb's Terms and Conditions, with no guarantee of a refund. • in accordance with Airbnb's terms and conditions, additional fees for cleaning, damage or nuisance • Reporting guests to Airbnb if necessary 🔐 Security deposit / liability An indicative and uncollected security deposit of €2,000 applies to all reservations. No amount is charged when booking. In the event of damage, breakage, theft, excessive cleaning or non-compliance with the rules, a request for compensation of up to €2,000 may be made via the Airbnb Resolution Center, with supporting documents. The property is checked before and after each stay. The owners cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Other things to note Numerous activities are offered nearby (tree climbing, laser tag, lake, etc.). Extraordinary visits are possible (Brassempouy prehistoric site, water mill, etc.).
