In the beautiful village of Chanteuges in the heart of the Haut-Allier. Semi-basement studio with a lovely terrace and superb views. Quiet. Minimum 3-night rental. Plage de l'Allier 200 m away on foot. Medieval village with a beautiful abbey. Leisure activities: kayaking, hiking, climbing, etc. The studio is self-contained and has its own entrance. Please note: 2-metre-high ceiling, and the bedroom has no window to the outside. Come and enjoy the tranquillity, the beauty, and the Haut-Allier. Newly renovated accommodation The space Fully equipped kitchen, microwave/oven. Induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Living room with smart TV and sofa bed. Bedroom, a 140*200 bed. Bathroom/shower and separate toilet. Sheets and towels are not provided (can be rented for 15 euros). Note: the wifi is capricious in the valley but the disconnection can be total and relaxing! The accommodation is in the heart of nature... small animals and spiders sometimes make their way in Guest access The studio and its terrace are at your disposal. It is on the ground floor of the house and is completely independent. You can check in independently. You can park your car at the entrance to the property (be careful, you have to manoeuvre as the parking area is on a slope), or there is a small car park 50 m further down the road, or at the abbey. Access to the Allier is next to the house. In 10 minutes, you are by the river, on the natural beach of La Gravière. There is a supermarket 4 km away. There is a bakery, a small grocery store and a bar/tobacconist in the village. Water sports centre nearby. Stairs lead to the accommodation. The land is sloping (old vineyard terraces) Other things to note The studio is on the ground floor, semi-basement, and at the end of my house. Completely independent. The cleaning is done thoroughly, but please don't hesitate to let me know of any issues. Linen is not provided; it can be offered for 15 euros.
