Cozy and quiet house in the heart of Lorraine

This atypical 52 m² house welcomes you to the heart of Lorraine. Many shops within a 3-minute walk. 3 free parking lots nearby, one of which can accommodate large vehicles: motorhomes, vans, etc. TER station is a 4-minute walk from the property, allowing you to get to Nancy very easily. Very quiet accommodation in a quiet alley. The space The small house of Pont is a detached house of 52 m² which has *ON THE GROUND FLOOR*: - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet - 1 laundry room with washing machine and cleaning equipment - 1 living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen *ON THE 1ST FLOOR*: - 1 bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) that can be split into 2 single beds (80 x 200). - 1 bedroom/living room with TV consisting of 2 single beds (80 x 200) that can be grouped into a double bed (160 x 200). The accommodation is intended for 4 people but it can accommodate in addition an infant (crib, small bathtub, high chair, baby pot, games, mattresses provided), or a child up to 4-5 years old (baby mattress available 60x120 cm). A garbage room is accessible outside the home. Sorting guidelines are available in the accommodation. I provide the bed linen and towels. I also provide: - dish soap - Toilet paper - hand soap - sponge - kitchen towel - Household products - coffee (pod for Nespresso coffee machine) - green tea with mint - salt and pepper - oil and vinegar Please note: The accommodation is atypical and has rooms with fairly low ceilings, especially the bathroom and the staircase. This can be a problem for very grown-up people. Cleaning is included in the price of your reservation. Nevertheless, you will be asked to put your waste in the bin, empty the fridge and wash your dishes. Thank you very much! Guest access You have access to the entire home. Other things to note Some parking spaces exist on Rue Porte de France but are rare and rather intended for the main residents. It is best to use the 3 free parking lots located near the accommodation. The first, and closest, is located on Rue Raymond Gérard at the bottom of the street. The second is higher up on Rue de l'Eglise. About 100 meters from the accommodation. The third is located next to the town hall, at the bottom of Rue Raymond Gérard and is able to accommodate oversized vehicles (caravans, motorhomes etc...). About 80 meters from the accommodation.
