Any private storage/locked spaces are not included. Other things to note Practical info * Check-in is by mutual agreement. * Keys are handed out at check-in and check-out. * Final cleaning is done by us and booked in connection with the stay. Cleaning fee applies according to the booking. * We only ask that you: * throw away garbage, * put used bedding and towels in the laundry basket, * leave the home in a normal and respectful condition. * Smoking is not allowed indoors. * Be considerate of the neighbors – keep the noise level low after 10 pm. Washroom The laundry room is in the same building where the keys are picked up. Go down the stairs and continue to the last room, after the two storage rooms on the right-hand side. In the laundry room, there are: * Washing machine and dryer. * Clothes rack for hanging laundry. * Vacuum cleaner, mop and other cleaning equipment that you are welcome to use during your stay. * A basket with exercise equipment, including dumbbells and other simple exercise equipment. You are most welcome to borrow the equipment during your stay, and we only ask that you put everything back in the basket when you are finished. * Extra bedding if needed. You can request it, and we'll arrange it. * A child seat is available to borrow for our youngest guests. Please let us know if you would like to use it. We hope these extra amenities make your stay even more enjoyable! Child safety The house is built on several levels with stairs, which is part of the house's unique character. To enhance safety, two safety gates are installed: * A gate in the bedroom. * A gate that can be used to separate the kitchen from the two staircases and the hall. We are a family with three children who grew up in the house, and the house is therefore well suited for families with children. At the same time, we ask all parents to always supervise their children, as the house has different levels and stairs that require normal caution. Balcony door The patio door is a sliding door and needs to be opened properly: 1. Lift the handle up to the middle position. 2. Then pull the door gently toward you. 3. Then slide the door aside to open it. Close the door gently in the same way when you're done. Ventilation window in the kitchen In the kitchen there is an automatic ventilation window. * Open the window by pressing the touch button. * The window opens automatically with a motor. * In the event of rain, the window closes automatically. Upon check out Before leaving the house, we kindly ask you to: * Close all windows. * Check that the patio door is properly closed and locked. * Make sure the front door is locked. * Please put used bedding and towels in the laundry basket. * Throw garbage in designated containers. * Leave the keys as agreed.
