VILLA FJORD One-Bedroom Apartment 1 is a 3  star Apartment. It is located in Brajkovići - small village 10 km from Rovinj and 4 km from Lim Fjord Canal where is located the nearest beach. The space Interior size is 31 m2 and the balcony is 10 m2. It is located on floor: 1. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden. In the courtyard of the house, all guests have on disposal a shared swimming pool. The pool is filled with chlorine water. It is shared within 4 apartments and the maximum number of people that share the pool is fifteen. The pool is not available for use from 21st September- 1st May. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house. Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.  MAXIMUM GUESTS: 3 person BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable single). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person). CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of  charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge. PETS: Pets are not allowed. ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE: Check-in: 15:00 - 22:00 Check-out: 06:00 - 10:00
