Newly renovated in 2025, this apartment is in North Padua, 10 minutes from the Padova Est highway exit. The "San Carlo" bus/tram stop is right outside, taking you to the train station in 5 minutes and the city center in 10. Free, open parking is available in front and back. Essential services—including restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, and parks—are just downstairs. The entire property is strictly non-smoking. The space The room features a comfortable double bed and air conditioning. It is brand new, spacious, and beautifully lit by a very large window. It is ideal for both business travelers and those wishing to discover the historic and artistic beauties of Padua and its neighboring cities. The private bathroom is located in the hallway, right next to the room. Eating in the room is not permitted. Instead, you are welcome to use the kitchen, where you will find coffee, tea, dishes, cutlery, glasses, a kettle, a microwave, and other basic essentials. Please note: No stovetop cooking allowed (microwave use only). Guest access There is a large, free public parking lot located behind the accommodation, which is open 24/7. Alternatively, a reserved covered parking space is available inside the building for €10 per day, payable in cash.
