Our space is familiar, clean, organized and cozy, ideal for those seeking tranquility and practicality. The location is excellent, close to bars, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy, laundry, gas station and various other services in the central region, ensuring ease and accessibility during your stay. Congonhas is known as the City of the Prophets, a place of strong religious and cultural tradition, where history mixes with faith and art. The space Accommodation for 2 people with single beds, offering practicality and comfort. We have 1 bedroom with a mini kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, sink and some basic utensils. The space is in the central area of the city, close to shops. ⚠️ Important: There is no stove in the space. We have an electric kettle, sandwich maker, and air fryer for making quick meals. We have bakeries and restaurants just steps away from the property, ensuring convenience during your stay. Providing: Bath towels, sheets, pillows, and blanket. Cooking basics (cups, plates, cups and cutlery). We have a sandwich maker, electric kettle, air fryer, grill and mini electric stove. We do not provide personal hygiene items such as soap. Space Combinations: Respect the law of silence; Only guests who booked can stay on-site; No parties, loud sound, smoking or drug use are allowed; Do not remove or drag furniture, to avoid damage to the floor; Broken or damaged utensils will be charged at the time of return of the keys. When you leave the space, please turn off the lights, turn off the TV and the appliance, turn off the taps, and lock the door. Other things to note Note: The Luz space is located in a commercial gallery, and we do not have the availability to prepare elaborate meals on site, since we do not have a gas stove, but simple meals such as breakfast or afternoon meals can be made. There are several restaurants in the area. The space is completely safe for men or women, since the gallery has a door at the entrance, where the person is free from danger or noise from the street.
