Get away from it all! Our newly renovated vacation home in the heart of Königsberg in Bavaria can accommodate 6 adults, (plus option on the sofa bed) toddlers & dogs. Enjoy relaxing days with a huge hot tub with whirlpool and massage jets, barbecue, garden & sunny terrace – fully equipped for a carefree vacation! The space Welcome to your temporary home: This lovingly furnished detached house convinces with coziness, modern amenities and an excellent location – ideal for vacationers, business travelers or long-term guests. Just a few steps away you will find everything you need for everyday life: a regional bakery for fresh rolls in the morning and a small supermarket for your daily shopping. Located right at the foot of the historic old town of Königsberg, you can enjoy the special flair of the charming town with its small alleys, lovingly restored buildings and a surprisingly versatile gastronomic scene that also inspires foodies. Cycling, hiking, swimming, eating and drinking well, there are countless ways to experience a great vacation in Franconia. Perfectly connected: The nearest train station is in Haßfurt, about 8 km away. The UNESCO World Heritage City of Bamberg can be reached by car in about 30 minutes, Würzburg in less than an hour. A trip to the relaxing Steigerwald or the biosphere reserve in the Rhön is also recommended. All-round carefree – nothing is missing: The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired – with plenty of dishes, wine and champagne glasses, spices as well as two coffee machines, a hot air fryer, microwave, egg cooker and much more. An additional fridge with freezer compartment ensures well chilled drinks, even on hot summer days. Fast internet is at your disposal throughout the house. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, so you don't have to give up your personal comfort even with several guests. Ideal for families: On request, we will gladly provide you with a selection of baby and toddler items – including a travel cot, high chair, sterilizer and bottle warmer. In the garden there is a play tower with swing and slide. There are numerous board games, a small shop, books and much more available. Your bikes are also thought of: these will find safe space in the lockable garden hut. Guest access The entire house with garden is available. Please note that one of the 3 bedrooms (the one with the 2 single beds) is a connecting room Other things to note The bedroom with the 2 single beds is a walk-through room Use of the hot tub (wood heating) must be registered at least 2 days in advance. The use costs 150 euros for 2 days. This price includes wood and electricity. Bathrobes and towels are also included.
