Traditional village house with all the charm of Valencian architectural style combined with touches of Mediterranean essence that make the house a quiet, pleasant and very cozy place. 2 minutes from the Metro stop, to facilitate visiting the city of Valencia. The space The house is composed of two buildings. The main building has a double room with a double bed, a toilet, a living room and a kitchen on the ground floor. On the upper floor, all open-plan, is the main room with a work area, relaxation area, full bathroom and double bed, as well as access to the terrace overlooking the interior courtyard that separates both buildings. The second building has a washing machine area, a full bathroom, a play area and a double room with a double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with a double bed. There is cold/heat air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the kitchen-living room area of the main building. Behind the second building we have a garden where the barbecue area is located. In that garden there is a small wooden house in which we have a tenant. Her house is totally independent and she has no right to use the house that is rented. Only the entrance door to the house is shared, which is common, and the path you take from the entrance to the house to your little house, at the end of the plot.
