Welcome to your Serene Escape in Darwin's leafy suburb of Leanyer- a peaceful, tropical setting under 10 minutes from Darwin Airport. This private, fully furnished 1 bedroom unit sits upstairs in the modern extension of our tropical home. Spacious with timber floors, a Bali- style ceiling fan and a beautifully designed well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with a deep bathtub. This unit offers the perfect blend of relaxation and comfort. The space Wake up to the sounds of cockatoos and chickens in the morning- a true nature- lovers retreat! The space includes: * A private 1 bedroom with queen sized bed and fresh linen. * Cozy living area with smart TV and recliner chair. * Fully equipped kitchen and dining nook. * Private modern bathroom with deep bathtub, towels and other essential. * Air conditioning and Wi- Fi *Strictly no shoes inside, no smoking, no deep frying, no pets, no events. 🌴 Quiet, peaceful and ideal for relaxing or working remotely. * For everyone safety, I can only host the person making the booking. Unfortunately, reservations made on behalf of others aren't permitted. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire upstairs unit. Self- check-in available for your convenience. Other things to note * The unit is upstairs and accessed by a flight of stairs ( no elevator). * Please avoid stamping or banging doors, as there is another guest unit below- we ask everyone to help keep the space peaceful. * The laundry area is shared with other guests or you can either use ours and located downstairs. * You'll be sorrounded by tropical trees and birds- a calm, natural atmosphere is part of the experience. * Smoking, vaping is not allowed inside the unit and or outside. * Use airfyer. Deep frying is not allowed. * Not suitable for parties or large gatherings. * Leave shoes or thongs outside the door please. * You may see my husband, myself or son in the morning or evening feeding our chickens and ducks- they're part of charm here.
