Whether you're visiting for a wedding at nearby Tyglyn, exploring the coastline, or simply seeking a quiet escape, this cosy and modern space offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The open-plan living area includes a soft, comfortable sofa, coffee table, dining table with chairs, and a Smart TV with Netflix alongside an electric fire – perfect for relaxed evenings in. There’s also a small workspace with a desk and lamp, ideal for reading or working during your stay. The compact kitchenette is both modern and practical, featuring a combi oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and stylish cabinetry – ideal for preparing your meals. The bedroom offers a luxury king size bed (or twin beds) with Egyptian cotton bedding, warm lighting, and practical storage, creating a calm and restful space to unwind. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower with both rainfall and handheld attachments, offering a refreshing and comfortable experience. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the large Victorian garden, which includes a gravelled seating area and a play area for children – perfect for sunny afternoons outdoors. Guest access Guests have full and private access to Brynaeron Bach, including the bedroom, bathroom, living area, kitchenette, and workspace. The apartment has its own dedicated entrance, ensuring both comfort and independence throughout your stay. French doors open directly onto the gravel patio, providing easy access to the outdoor seating area – perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun or winding down in the fresh West Wales air. There is free off-road parking on our private driveway, with a gently lit pathway leading to the entrance for a warm and welcoming arrival, even after dark. Guests are also welcome to use our EV charger, located just outside our work unit on-site. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to use it. You’re welcome to enjoy the shared Victorian garden, which includes a gravelled seating area and a small play space for children. Please note that the garden is communal, and our own children may also be out playing from time to time. We aim to maintain a peaceful, respectful atmosphere for everyone staying. Other things to note Brynaeron Bach is part of our Victorian family home, with its own private entrance and self-contained living space. While your area is fully private, please note that we do live on-site, and there may be occasional comings and goings. The parking area is located on our private courtyard, and you’ll have your own dedicated parking space with a path leading up to the house. Please note that there are a few steps up to the entrance, and the pathway is well lit in the evenings for your convenience. We also run a small family business from a nearby unit on the courtyard, so there may be light activity during the daytime. The garden is communal, and our children may be playing outside at times – we always aim to maintain a calm and respectful environment for guests. An EV charger is available near our work unit — just let us know in advance if you’d like to use it. Some garden borders and landscaping areas are still awaiting finishing touches, but this won’t affect your comfort, privacy, or enjoyment of the space.
