The space From the moment you arrive, you will discover a comfortable and welcoming living space, designed to make you feel at home right away. The cozy and bright living room invites you to relax, whether for an evening in front of the Smart TV with access to Netflix or simply to enjoy a pleasant moment together. The fully equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Senseo coffee machine, allows you to prepare your meals just like at home. Air conditioning only on the ground floor. The house has three bedrooms, providing an ideal setup for different types of stays. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), while the other two each have a single bed (90 x 190 cm), perfect for accommodating family or friends. A large bathroom with bathtub and shower completes the package, as does a laundry area with washing machine and ironing facilities for added convenience. Outside, you can enjoy a large private garden with a terrace, which is a true extension of the house.
