The space This welcoming home can accommodate up to 8 guests, spread over three levels: Main Floor: A friendly living/dining room to gather around a good meal or fire fireplace or TV. A fully equipped independent kitchen (fridge/freezer, gas piano, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle). Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryers. Outdoor access with garden furniture and BBQ. Wi-Fi (via Starlink) available. 1st floor: Two double bedrooms (160x200 beds). A bathroom with shower. 2nd floor: One large double bedroom (bed 160x200). A bedroom with two single beds, perfect for kids or friends. Things to discover around the estate: Located just a few minutes from Lake Selves, the house is the perfect base from which to explore the Aubrac and its unspoiled landscapes. With its wide-open spaces, untamed wilderness, and breathtaking panoramas, the region is perfect for hiking, biking, and nature getaways. Fishing enthusiasts will also appreciate the close proximity to the rivers and the lake, which offer excellent opportunities to pursue their passion in a peaceful setting.
