Groenpampoen is perched on the dune overlooking the beach. No road to cross or car trip to get to the beach to have a swim. The pristine stretch of beach leading to the river mouth makes for heavenly beach walks. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large open plan living area, 3 separate verandahs and 2 braai areas. The one is on the beach and has a round fire pit. The other is cosy and protected with a built in braai. Both have large dining tables. A beach holiday awaits.
