The space The ground-floor house has two double bedrooms, with a 135 cm bed in each of them and large closets, and a bedroom with 90 cm trundle beds and a dresser to store clothes and an additional sofa. It has a full bathroom (bathtub/shower/bidet) exclusively for guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction stovetop, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer and all the necessary cooking utensils (pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery). A beautiful private estate of 4200 m2 surrounded by nature with fruit trees and swings for the little ones. Outside the house there is a table, umbrella, six chairs and two types of barbecue. Quiet environment, ideal for breathing fresh air, reading or just resting. The English Way of St. James route is only 1 minute from the house. From the kitchen window and one of the bedrooms you will see the pilgrims passing by. And in the surrounding area you can enjoy a wonderful setting for hiking or cycling. Located just 20 minutes by highway from A Coruña, 20 minutes from Gandarío beach, 8 minutes from Betanzos, 5 minutes from Beche Reservoir, 10 minutes from the Deportivo football fields and Bar Carabel 100m (very frequented by pilgrims). Guest access The house is divided into two separate rooms. The guest area has a separate entrance, three bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The kitchen is shared, for guests and for our family, when we are there. (It's not our permanent home, so we won't always be there) During your stay You can contact me by phone if we are not in the house when you stay here. If we are spending a few days in it, you can knock on the door that connects both parts and I will be happy to assist you. Other things to note ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed to access the house and the property. No additional visitors without prior approval. This ensures a safe and comfortable experience for everyone. 🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. You can enjoy the outdoor area if you want to smoke.
